Depending on which industry sector you want to be in or want to employ can vary which license is best for you or your security personnel, each badge is individually marked with which sector of the industry you a licensed in, you can only apply for the license relevant to the training you have undertaken, courses for each license can be carried out by many different training providers, Firstcall Security Solutions can arrange training, assist in the completion of the SIA application forms and assist with your application from start to finish to stop there being any unnecessary delays in your application.

 

Courses are available nationwide from different providers but the contents of each course is governed by the SIA,

each participant in the training is individually capable of different things and we highly recommend that each applicant should take long and hard consideration in which license is best for them.

 

Once you have completed the course you decide on, you will need to apply to the SIA for a license, until you receive your license you are not legally allowed to work in the industry, the badge you receive will be one of the badges seen to the right of this page, you should keep note of the details on your license and will require a refresher course once your license expires to apply for a replacement.

 

To work at an event or Festival all security personnel must carry either a SECURITY GUARDING or DOOR SUPERVISOR license as a minimum requirement.
